Founded In 1957: Friends
Woody Johnson and Howard Peltier formed Johnson-Peltier Electrical Construction under California State License No.
168893. Johnson-Peltier started out modestly as a one-truck operation where Woody took care of the sales and inside
business management while Howard managed the field work. With quality work Johnson-Peltier soon developed a strong reputation
in the Industrial community as a reliable and honest electrical services company.
Two years into their business venture Woody passed away. In
spite of this sadness, Howard took the new burden in stride. Johnson-Peltier continued to grow and has never stopped.
The proof of Johnson-Peltier’s success is in the fact that today the home office consists of a two acre – 38,000
square foot facility. The fleet has grown to 25 vehicles, the labor force runs at 100 employees.

Our Mission: Johnson – Peltier is committed to the
goal of Teaming. Our goal is to establish a line of direct communication between all parties involved with the
commitment and desire for successful project completion. All members of the team must commit to a foundation of trust. A person’s
word is their bond and personal commitment to accepting equally shared responsibility for decisions, and participation in
continuous improvement – through evaluation and implementation. We promote a cooperative bond that will be the
cornerstone of our commitment to excellence and measurable success.
All administration, estimating and purchasing is handled at Johnson-Peltier's
8,000 square feet of offices located within our facility. Estimating and scheduling along with administrative
functions are all handled through our automated systems.
