Over the last 20
years, Johnson-Peltier has participated in numerous training programs, installations, testing and certifications for customers
requesting our fiber optic and communication services in the petroleum, chemical and beverage industries.
Anheuser-Busch, Van Nuys, CA

Johnson-Peltier
modernized stock-house 6, which included the installation of a new, control building utilizing Allen-Bradley PLC process controllers
along with 20 remote I/O control panels. The project also included new data highway systems running throughout the building.
Along with over 45,000 feet of wire way and conduit we connected over 97,000 terminations with less than a 1/100th of 1% failure
rate. This project was completed in just over 90 days without a shutdown of the Brewery or supporting facilities. Johnson-Peltier
received a Golden Eagle award for this project. The Golden Eagle Award, shown at right, is the highest award given by
Anheuser-Busch Companies.

Installation
of over 30,000 feet of communication (coax and twinax) cable for plant time keeping and unit records. Plus 9,000 feet
of 900 to 25 pair telephone communication cable from the RHOM main switch throughout the entire refinery to each unit and
office. The installation was connected through manholes underground and pipe racks from overhead. Culminating
in over 10,000 splices and terminations.

Northrop
Grumman, Palmdale, CA
Digital Cable
installation for the Advanced System Division including over 10,000 feet of conduit and 900 pair cable from the main switch
throughout a 1/4 mile system branching to 600 pair cable, 400 pair cable, 50 and 25 pair cable. Every office and workstation
was connected via splicing, and termination. All testing and certification was completed by Johnson-Peltier.

(Budweiser Can Division)
Between the two facilities, Mira Loma and Riverside,
Johnson-Peltier installed a 12 strand fiber optic cable system from the hub at the center of plant operations to multiple
remote sites. Installing both 12 multimode and six single mode cables to 31 locations plus termination and testing.
The system is a Data infrastructure upgrade for the monitoring and adjusting of Data Highway and Plant Lines throughout both
facilities.

Northrop Grumman,
Pico Rivera, CA
West Factory Communication Project,
included the installation of 11,000 feet of 50/125 24 strand fiber cable and 5,000 feet of 4 strand fiber cable. Installed
fiber data patch panels, Johnson-Peltier provided and installed type ST fiber connections and provided all OTDR testing to
meet customer specifications. All fiber was routed via new conduit installation in over 8,000 feet of conduit and 4,000 feet
of cable tray.
Additional Modular Building Communication
Project; installed 4,000 feet of 50/125 24 strand fiber cable, 2,000 feet of 12 strand 50/125, and installed the fiber data
patch panels. Johnson-Peltier provided and installed type ST fiber connections and provided all OTDR testing to meet
customer specifications. This project required 2,500 feet of 4 inch conduit system from the main telecommunication data center
to the new modular communication center.
